Thank you for taking the time to reserve your adventure activity with us. Once you have completed this booking process your trip is booked. If you are booking for less than 24 hours in advance please call us on

It is so important we receive all the details as accurately as you can. If you don’t know them then you MUST email us the missing information no less than 24 hours before your chosen Date.

If you have any questions you can contact us and we will get back to you as quickly as possible normally by phone.  

The last part is the payment process. We have a few ways you can pay.

1.      You can enclose your details on the booking form and we will take the deposit.

2.      We can contact you to take payment over the telephone or you can call us on 0034 633344463

3.      Lastly we can send you a PayPal request for payment. This takes time to process so we recommend this method for advance booking only.

4.      The remaining balance can be taken on the day in either Cash or Credit card.

Terms and Conditions.

Please Read Carefully By completing the booking form you agree to these terms.

Booking conditions

  1.      Payment

 Bookings will be confirmed on receipt of a deposit of 50% of total booking fee.  The outstanding balance is payable in full 2 days prior to the date of the activity. We accept credit card payment which can be sent via our booking form below or can be made over the phone. Please note Experience Mallorca reserve the right to deduct payment for no-shows if not notified outside 14 days.

 2. If you cancel 

Deposits will be forfeited upon cancellation if we have less than 2 days notice.  All cancellations/reduction in group numbers should be notified as soon as possible by mail, fax or e-mail. Any cancellations/reductions in numbers inside of 24 hours prior to the activity date will result in the group leader being held liable for the full cost of the cancelled activity or reduction.

3.If we cancel or make changes

In the event of us having to cancel the activity, a full deposit will be refunded or a free transfer to an alternative date or activity (where available) offered.  Experience Mallorca will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense resulting from force majeure or any unforeseen circumstances outside of their control e.g inclement weather or change of venue for safety purposes.  Experience Mallorca reserve the right to amend the running order of your activity day should this be necessary to provide the best service possible.
